Register your cost estimate in {{pth|Accounting|Estimate revenues/costs}}.
Select accounting year and press {{btn|New}}.

The code BU is used in Marathon’s standard reports.

Enter account, possible cost centre and/or Cost object and amounts for all periods.

== Copy estimate from Excel ==

It is possible to copy a cost estimate from Excel to Marathon. Start with right-clicking over the cost estimate table (do not mark anything) and select COPY. Then paste it into Excel.
Your Excel must be built exactly like that in order to be copied into an estimate in Marathon. Paste by marking all cells including headings and all columns. Over the estimate table, click PASTE.
