		+	If you create a report without making it global, only you can see it. If you make it global, all authorised users will be able to see it. You can also select an authorisation group for a global report.
−	Skapar du en rapport och sparar den utan att kryssa i central, så kan endast du se rapporten. Kryssar du i {{kryss\|Central}} så kan alla med behörighet till rapporter se den. På en central rapport kan du ange en behörighetsgrupp. Då är det endast användare kopplade till den behörighetsgruppen som kan se rapporten, förutsatt att det finns behörighet till rapportgeneratorn i den gruppen.
