First, assure that persons approving time reports have the correct authorization to Approval of time reports. The authorization is set in Administration/Authorization/Project accounting/Registration/Approval of time reports.

In Base registers/PRO/Parameters, tab Fee it is possible to choose whether the approvers shall approve per Group or per Working team.

Set authorizations for approval of groups in Base registers/General/Users. In the below example Group has been selected.

If you have chosen approval per Working team, set groups as below:

In both cases employees can be selected, irrespective of belonging to group or working group. In that case, tick in the parameter All.

In Time report approval the approver can select which group/working group she/he shall approve reports. In the example below working group has been set in the parameters. The approver can only see groups, in which she/he is authorized.
