Campaign is a new definition in Marathon. One campaign can be used on several projects and media plans.

A campaign can have the following information:

A campaign can either be registered in Base Registers/PRO/Campaign or Base Registers/MED/Campaign.

Then the campaign can be used on projects and/or media plans. Below a project:

!Reference number
|On both projects and media plans the reference number is fetched from the campaign and will show in the reference number field. If the reference number is changed on a campaign, it will also automatically be changed on those projects and plans where it is used.

!CTC (cost to client) check
|Marathon compares the campaigns maximum CTC with the total of the registered project invoices (printed and not printed)/ definite orders where the campaign has been used. If the CTC has been exceeded, an error message is shown:
