Funktionen ger användaren information om hur mycket som är budgeterat respektive rapporterat samt hur många timmar som återstår av budget på ett visst projekt. Jämförelsen görs på totalt budgeterat, dvs inte uppdelat på medarbetare, kod eller kategori.

I grunden så tas alla budgetrader på projektet med i avstämningen.

Vill man få en mer uppdelad avstämning så går det att använda start och stoppdatum.
Om den dag som användaren tidrapporterar på finns mellan start och stoppdatum på en budgetrad så visas hur mycket som är budgeterat och rapporterat på projektet under den period som den aktuella dagen finns.

Funktionen aktiveras med parametern: System/Basregister/Pro/Parametrar fliken Arvode: Visa rapporterat på budget
