There are four different ways to control special hourly rates. For this to work, debit type Employee must be set for the project.<br />
The price factor works for both the Employee and Job code debit types.<br />
* Price factor per client / project<br />
* Special hourly rate for the employee<br />
* Special hourly rate per client / project<br />
* Price list<br />
When an employee registers time on a project, the system first checks whether there is a special hourly rate registered on the project. Secondly, it takes into account any special hourly rate for the employee (in the employee setup) and, finally, it selects the employee's regular hourly rate.
