This concerns only companies using the parameter "Book only finally approved expenses" in Base registers/GL/Parameters, tab Registration.
You can now book expenses with final approval that include a comment. Earlier an approval with comment was considered as not a "pure" approval and was not allowed to be booked. There has been much feedback and we have now changed it so that it works similarly as in the watch list for suppliers' invoices.
