Parameter for not including VAT in current pre-invoice deduction
If the parameter is set then the current pre-invoice deduction with VAT liable advertising and VAT free pre-invoice won't use the VAT free pre-invoice to pay the VAT.
It makes an additional invoice that includes only the VAT.
