New alternatives for restraining “Invoice the whole plan at first insertion”

The setting Invoice the whole plan at first insertion on the client agreement can now be set with a restraint on what is considered ”the whole plan”. The new alternatives for including insertions are until one of the following:
- Current month
- Previous month
- Next month
- Current week
- Previous week
- Next week
Example: A plan has insertions during 2015-04-20 and 2015-08-02. Invoicing in 08-70-10 until insertion date 2015-06-01 includes insertions until the following dates with the different alternatives.
- Current month: 2015-06-30
- Previous month: 2015-06-01
- Next month: 2015-07-31
- Current week: 2015-06-07
- Previous week: 2015-06-01
- Next week: 2015-06-14
