Collective surcharge codes
A new register called Collective surcharge code has been added.
It is now possible to create a collective surcharge code, which can then be added to a surcharge code.
In the list of surcharge codes, two columns displaying the collective surcharge codes ID and Name has been added.
Collective surcharge code is now also available in as a selection for Media reports and as a column selection for MED&PRO reports.
