- I am trying to print a report with only active employees, but it keeps including those who have quit, why?
If the report shows working time request, there has to be an end date set on the employee's calendary in Base registers/Pro/Employees, tab Calendary.
- What are the different report types; standard, global and own?
Standard reports cannot be changed or deleted; they are included in the Marathon installation. Global reports are tailored for your company and can be used by all authorised users. Own reports can only be used by those who created them.
- Help, a report is missing!
It is either deleted, renamed or moved to an authorisation that you don't have.

- Vad används rutan Eliminering till?
Den används enbart om man använder flerbyråhantering och spegelprojekt, vilket är mycket ovanligt. Funktionen exkluderar dubbletter som rapporterats på både slut- och spegelprojekt.
- Behöver jag välja valuta när jag ska skriva ut rapporten?
Nej, bara om er installation av Marathon innehåller flera bolag med olika valutor och har en gemensam projektredovisning.
- Det tar lång tid innan rapporten skrivs ut. Ska det vara så?
Rapporterna tar olika lång tid att få ut beroende på hur man selekterar och summerar. Väljer man till exempel att skriva ut alla tidrapportsrader för alla projekt i hela bolaget kan det ta väldigt lång tid. Prova att klicka på Avbryt utskrift och förändra selekteringen och summeringen så att urvalet som skrivs ut begränsas.
- Hur kan jag styra behörigheten för rapporter?
Skapar du en rapport och sparar den utan att kryssa i central, så kan endast du se rapporten. Kryssar du i "Central" så kan alla med behörighet till rapporter se den. På en central rapport kan du ange en behörighetsgrupp. Då är det endast användare kopplade till den behörighetsgruppen som kan se rapporten, förutsatt att det finns behörighet till rapportgeneratorn i den gruppen.
