Camt import addition
The Camt import now handles files in camt054 format.
The Parameter therefore has a new name to relate that it handels both camt053 and camt054.
In correlation with this development, the import of OCR/KID files has been separated from the camt import.
The camt import now uses the button HBF (CAMT) while the OCR/KID files uses the button IMPORT PAYMENT FILE.
