Four new column template codes for due date

There are now four new column template codes for media reports that show due dates for outbound sales invoices and inbound media invoices. The templates are FFDA, FFD2, MFFD and MFF2. Those ending with 2 are showing the year with four numbers, while the others show it with two numbers.
