Search with blank reconciliation code

In all programs, where you can select on reconciliation code, you can now pick up a blank reconciliation code.
The blank code will remain blank until something happens on the insertion, that labels it with a reconciliation code. labelling situations are: client invoice, media invoice, booking discrepancies.
