Possibility to determine on discount code, whether capital cost on discount shall be calculated

It is now possible to determine one or several discount codes if capital cost (fee) shall be calculated as part of a discount.
This possibility completes the earlier setting Cap cost % of discount code in Backoffice: Base registers/Med/Parameters, tab Invoicing, where only one discount code is allowed for calculation of share based capital cost.
Discount codes with setting Capital cost % of discount are shown with code on the client agreement in the tab Capital cost.
