Possibility to add Group on surcharge code
It is now possible to add Group on surcharge codes in Baseregisters/MED/Surcharge codes.
Group added on surcharge code will be prioritized over Group on Order or Client.
Group on Surcharge code also appears in MED- and MED&PRO-reports.
