Optional project codes
Record project codes
Project codes are recorded in Project | Backoffice | Base registers | Optional project codes. Press the NEW button. Enter code and name. The codes must consist of three digits to be usable when creating projects in Project | Queries. All codes are shown when creating projects in Project | Backoffice | Base registers | Clients and projects. Select type Text if you want to have both numbers and letters in the fields. You can use 1-45 characters. Select type Numerical for numbers only in the fields. You can use 1-9 characters.
Optional project codes as suggestion
The three-digit codes can be selected in Project | Backoffice | Base registers | Parameters, tab Clients and projects, field Data definition. Codes selected here are shown as suggestion when creating a new project in Project | Queries.
Record optional project codes on projects
The optional project codes can be used when creating a new project in Project | Queries. when creating a new project in Project | Queries or in Project | Backoffice | Base registers | Clients and projects, tab Optional project codes.
Print optional project codes
The codes are shown in the main view in Project | Queries, All projects tab and be printed out with the Export button.
