Simpler registration of new scanned documents
Earlier documents were registerd in a separate function in System: Base registers/MED/Documents.
Now there is a possibility to create new documents also in the client register in System: Base registers/MED/Clients, tab Scanned documents. Click New in teh list of existing documents in the table of documents. Enter information such as name, document type etc. Then press Scan to import the document. Fetch the document with suitable method; Scan, Import, Paste and select the pages to be saved by checking the fields beside them.
Shared registersː
The above method also works if you use shared registers. Select which companies that shall share the document in the first tab. The document register as well as the images will be shared as normally.
