Planned insertion lines on booked orders

New parameter in Base registers/MED/Parameters, tab: Plans&Orders, Parameter: Allow preliminary insertions on definitive orders.

Functionality:

If "Allow preliminary insertions on definitive orders" is set the system will allow for creation of insertions with insertion status "Preliminary" on orders that has order status "Definitive".

Clicking on "MAKE DEFINITIVE" will open a dialouge with field "Until insertion date". Only insertion before the choosen insertion date will be made definitive, the later is left as preliminary.

Column Insertion status list all insertions statuses that occurs on the order.

New insertions on a definitive order is created with insertion status Definitive. The insertion status can then be changed from definitive to preliminary.

In ordinary registration view this is changed on price row level:

In table registration this can be done with the function button "MAKE PRELIMINARY"

To make a preliminary insertion definitive you need to use the ordinary "MAKE DEFINITIVE" function again, and then choose a later date that includes the new insertion/s.
