- Can I only have reading authorisation to the complete system?
No, some programs such as Time reporting has only two options, writing rights or none.
- Where do I create a new authorisation group?
In System: Authorisation groups. Write code and name. You can also set a limit for how high amounts the gruop can register in Purchase orders, maximum amounts in Approval and maximum size of insertions.
