The Surcharge agreement doesn't need to be in the list of Surcharge agreements on the Media client, the setting on the Media overrules the functionality.
In the table registration, when entering a media, the cell for surcharge agreement automatically fills in with the one defined on the media.
If a media is defined on the surcharge agreement then the surcharges will be on a second row and not on the first row.
