Optional project codes

Record project codes

Project codes are recorded in Project | Backoffice | Base registers | Optional project codes. Press the NEW button. Enter code and name. The codes must consist of three digits to be usable when creating projects in Project | Queries. All codes are shown when creating projects in Project | Backoffice | Base registers | Clients and projects. Select type Text if you want to have both numbers and letters in the fields. You can use 1-45 characters. Select type Numerical for numbers only in the fields. You can use 1-9 characters.
