A new tab appears, Allocation. * Enter the cost account and amount, as well as the period over which the amount is to be distributed. There are two ways to enter the period: YYYYMM – YYYYMM or YYYYMMDD – YYYYMMDD. In the first case, the amount is distributed evenly over the months; in the second case, the amounts are distributed differently depending on how many days there are in the month. |
