The sending queue shows the status of the invoice and all previous transmissions, including payment reminders. Here you can see if something has gone wrong during the transmission. If, for example, the email address is incorrect, the invoice should be cancelled in the sending queue and corrected in the invoice distribution system, then sent again. |
