Similarly, you can select multiple fee codes, purchase codes and other codes, or use categories or ranges of codes/categories. In the image below, column 3 shows the net invoiced amount for the surcharge codes: 301 to 304 and 701. Row 9 shows the invoiced insertion fees and the codes 101 to 120. |
