Any hourly rates that differ from the employees' regular hourly rates will then be shown. The special hourly rates cannot be changed in this view; they can only be entered by an administrator. The following order of priority is used for special hourly rates ''****/***'' means all employees and all job codes. The example in the image above shows that all employees cost 1500 SEK on all codes, except Charlie, who normally costs 1200 SEK, but when working with job code Information gathering, he costs 1000 SEK. If the parameter setting Price per job code is activated instead of Price per employee, the special rates will not be taken into consideration. It will only say that hourly price is fetched from code For purchases, there are fixed markups per code that are used to calculate the price for the clients. For other records, the unit prices are retrieved from the respective other code. == Cost estimate == The project’s cost estimate(s) are entered in the Cost estimate tab. Därefter framgår eventuella avvikande timpriser från medarbetarnas ordinarie timpriser. De avvikande timpriserna kan inte förändras i denna bild utan kan endast läggas in av administratör. För avvikande timpris används nedan prioritetsordning. ''**** | ***'' betyder alla medarbetare respektive alla arbetskoder. Exemplet i bild ovan säger att alla medarbetare kostar 1 500 kr på alla koder utom Charlie som kostar 1 200 i normala fall men på just koden Informationsinsamling kostar han 1 000. Om parameterinställningen Pris per arbetskod används istället för pris per medarbetare så tas ingen hänsyn till de avvikande timpriserna. Då står det enbart att timpris hämtas från kod. För inköpen finns fastställda påslag per kod vilka används för att beräkna priset ut mot kund. När det gäller övrigt hämtas enhetspriserna från respektive övrigtkod. == Budget == Under fliken Budget läggs projektets budget | budgetar in. Budgetfliken används för offerter. Dolda knappar tas fram med hjälp av den blå pilen. |
