Users in Media only for authorisation

The user register has changed its name from Users to User authorisation and is only used for managing authorisations to groups and clients. When converting to version 546, exiting users will be converted with the conditions below:
- 1 The telephone number from MED/Users will be transferred to General/Users. The transfer will be made on active companies only.
- 2 The e-mail address from MED/Users will be transferred to General/Users for those users who doesn't have e-mail addresses in General/users. Also this transfer will be made on active companies only.
- 3 At the conversion all users that are missing in General/Users will be deleted from Med/Users. Aslo users that don't have any authorisations to groups or clients are deleted. This measn that the majority of the users will not have any record in teh register left.
- 4 All program that fetched name, telephone ane e-mail from MED/Users now fetch them from General/Users.
- 5 Fax numbers per user is no longer in use.
