Om Marathon?
Marathon er et meget omfattende forretningssystem med kraftfulde funktioner for at håndtere det meste inden for økonomi, jobstyring og media.
Marathon Økonomi indeholder foruden bogføring all håndtering af ind - og udgående fakturaer, inklusive e-fakturaer, OCR – scanning og godkendelse af fakturaer. Vi har også funktioner for anlægskartotek og udlægsregnskab med mulighed at fotografere kvitteringer.
Marathon Media indeholder funktioner for mediebudgetter, ordre, annoncekontrol, fakturering, mediafakturaer, afstemning, reklamationer og rapporter. Systemet indeholder en omfattende mediadatabase med kontaktoplysninger, placeringer, udgivelsesdatoer, format mm for Nordens alle medier.
Marathon BI er vores værktøj for business intelligence. Der kan du analysere virksomheden oversigtligt og på dybet. Slutsatser fra analyserne anvendes for at styre virksomheden. Marathon BI indeholder desuden avancerede funktioner for budgettering, prognose og likviditet.
Om teknikken
Marathon er et skybaseret forretningssystem (SaaS). Det betyder at vi sørger for all teknik bag kulisserne. Vi sikkerstiller at systemet stadig køres på en moderne, hurtig og fejlsikker hardware. Vi ser også til at der tages backup hver nat og gemmer dem i 30 generationer
For at skulle bruge systemet behøver du kun en computer eller mobiltelefon. Du har adgang til systemet fra kontoret, hjemmefra eller hvor end du har tilgang til Internet. Systemet fungerer med Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone og Android.
Systemet findes på dansk, finsk, norsk, svensk og engelsk.
Vores ansvar
Each new client is equally important. The installation department takes a big responsibility during the start-up period, ensuring that you have got all necessary help and education for using Marathon.
When you are up and running and all the routines are set, the responsibility for you is transferred to the support department. They will help you if you get stuck in some function or if something just doesn’t work. The easiest way to contact the team is to make a support case directly from the system, but you can also call then or email them. Our objective is to always return to you within 30 minutes; we have only occasionally been failing in that. If you have problems outside office hours, we have an emergency phone where you will get help. Emergency calls will be charged for.
Our development department is responsible for developing the system in pace with time. When new technology is available, we are quick in using it. We have clients from the eighties that continuously have been upgraded with the latest technology without having to change system or going through difficult rearrangements.
What does it cost?
The cost consists of a monthly rent; no other non-recurring cost exists. The size of the rent depends on the size of your company and what parts of the system you wish to use.
Included in the monthly rent is: Marathon, its installation, support and upgrades to new technology and new versions.
