Delete insertions on Order level

Delete insertions on Order level
New button, Delete insertion, on Order level under Media/Media plans.
It's possible to delete several insertions by marking their corresponding row and then press the button "Delete insertion".
It's not possible to delete insertions that's been invoiced.
