Estimate mandatory for external projects
If the parameter "Estimate mandatory for external projects" is checked under Base registers/Pro/Parameters/Invoicing, a estimate is necessary to be able to create an invoice on external projects.
If the parameter "Include only confirmed estimates" is checked under Base registers/Pro/Parameters/Project estimate aswell as the parameter "Estimate mandatory for external projects", a confirmed estimate is necessary to be able to create an invoice on external projects.
