New columns in Enter media invoices via Mediatrade

1. The Media column in the first view (the list with arrived invoices) has changed from Media to Sender.
2. New column Media in the insertions list shown when an invoice is opened. Media is fetched from Marathon if the order number in the invoice can be found in Marathon.
3. Change in existing column, End date, in the insertions list shown when an invoice is opened. End date is fetched from Marathon if the order number and insertion date on the invoice can be found in Marathon.
