To include the media name in the e-mail headline , go to Base registers/MED/Parameters, tab Claims, field E-mail header Claims. Write #5to fetch the media name. Can also be set for reminder, in E-mail header Reminder.
Note, that this field has a maximum limit of 50 digits.
