There is a parameter for automatic numbering of product codes in Backoffice: Base registers/Med/Parameters, tab Basic information.
If it has been checked, Marathon will automatically find next available product number for the client.
The first product number is normally 0001. You can change number series per client in Backoffice: Base registers/Med/Clients, tab Parameters 2.
