Make orders definitive in queries with credit check before enabled

If the Parameter Continuous credit check is set to All functions (before) it's now possible to make orders definitive i Media Queries

Mark the preliminary orders and click on the button MAKE DEFINITIVE

All orders will be identified and a complete copy of each media plan is made so it's possible to reverse all changes if the credit limit is exceeded.

A credit check is performed and if no credit limits are exceeded the orders will be set to definitive.

If one credit limit is exceeded none of the marked orders is set to definitive
