New column for Amount in Expenses
A new column for Amount has been added in Accounting|Expenses|Expense reports watch list|Booked invoices
The columns functions the same way as the Amount column in Accounting|Expenses|Expense reports watch list|Watch list which shows the total amount of the Expense
