Funktion for at deaktivere aconto i Media
A new function has been added to Media|Invocing|Pre-inv.
It is now possible to deactivate a Pre-inv.
If a Pre-inv has remaining amount = 0, you can deactivate the Pre-inv.
If the Pre-inv still has a remaining amount, an error message is displayed.
