Translations:News:Campaign name field extended to 100 characters/3/en

The extension is implemented into most of the programs using Campaign such as Media invoices, Media plans and order, API-calls create_campaign and get_campaign, export to Marathon BI etc. One exception is the Media Reports that only supports 50 characters long Campaign names.
