Nu har vi lagt till en möjlighet att även skapa nya dokument på kunden i basregister/Media/Kunder i fliken Inskannade dokument.

Add a new document with the function {{btn|New}} in the list of existing documents in the table. Enter information such as name, type of document etc and then press {{btn|Scan}} to import the document. Fetch the document with suitable method, {{btn|Scan}}, {{btn|Import}} and {{btn|Paste}} and select which pages to save by checking them.
Ett nytt dokument läggs upp genom att klicka på knappen NY i listan över befintliga dokument i tabellen Dokument.
 
Ange dokumentinfo som Benämning, Dokumenttyp mm och tryck därefter på knappen SKANNA för att importera dokumentet.
 
Hämta in det dokument du önskar med lämplig metod, SKANNA, IMPORTERA, KLISTRA IN och välj de sidor som ska sparas genom att kryssa för dessa.

Simplified registration of new scanned documents

Earlier documents were registrated in a separate function in System: Base registers/MED/Documents

It is now possible to also create a document on the client in System: Base registers/MED/clients, tab Scanned documents, Add a new document with the function New in the list of existing documents in the table. Enter information such as name, type of document etc and then press Scan to import the document. Fetch the document with suitable method, Scan, Import and Paste and select which pages to save by checking them.
