Simplified registration of new scanned documents

Earlier documents were registrated in a separate function in System: Base registers/MED/Documents

It is now possible to also create a document on the client in System: Base registers/MED/clients, tab Scanned documents, Add a new document with the function New in the list of existing documents in the table. Enter information such as name, type of document etc and then press Scan to import the document. Fetch the document with suitable method, Scan, Import and Paste and select which pages to save by checking them.

Shared registersː

The method above also applies if you have shared registers. I första fliken anger man till vilka företag som dokumentat skall delas. Both the document register and the images are divided in the usual way.
