  • We get a message that we have exceeded our licences and soon will be blocked?

A check in the box "Time reporting" in the employee registers is counted as a licence. Remove teh check from those who do not need it. If you have more time reporters than licences, contact Kalin Setterberg. Also contact them to remove the warning.

  • I have removed unnecessary time reporters but the warning about licnces remain.

Contact Kalin Setterberg; they will have to remove the warning manually.

  • I accidentally clicked on UPDATE SELECTED instead of UPDATE ALL, can I undo that?

Updated time cannot be undone. Kalin Setterberg can reread a backup for a charge.

  • Can I correct as many records I want?

No, the maximum is 1 000 rows at a time. Split the correction into smaller parts, eg, by correcting per project, or per a certain period.

  • Can I correct or move a part of a purchase?

No, the complete purchase has to be moved or corrected. If you want to move parts of it, go to the bookkeeping, Correct the supplier's invoice by debiting and crediting the project purchase account.

  • I want to correct several records at one time.

Press the Ctrl-key and select the records, or press the left mouse button and drag over the records. Then click on BATCH CHANGE

  • Can I move non project related time (900-codes)to external projects?

No, it can only be moved to not project related projects (9-projects). But if you at the time for moving change the fee code to an external one, the moving is ok.

  • Can I move time from external projetcs to not project related ones?

No, external time can only be moved to external, internal, group common and speculation projects. But if you at the time of moving also change the fee code to a 900-code, the moving will be Ok.

  • I updated by mistake. Can I undo it?

No, unfortunately not.

  • There are no Other-records in the updating list, even though it has been registered?

You have to move fees first, before other posts can be updated.

  • I want to limit the time that shall be updated to a certain date.

When you click on UPDATE ALL, you will get to select date.

  • There is no amounts in the updating list, why?

The amount is defined at the time for the update, when the system calculates hourly prices.

  • What means status Not finished?

The time reported has marked the day as unfinished, thus it cannot be updated. Remove the marking to update.

  • There are old hours by employees that have quit, how can I remove them?

If you don't have the possibility to temporarily activate the employees and make a new update, you can ask our consultants to do that for you. Contact Kalin Setterberg's support for more information.

  • I cannot enter the updating program, the system says it's busy.

Someone else is updating. There can only be one person in the program at one time.
