Automatical handling of insertion fees per format/per week and pre-invoicing fees

1. Per format: Price per format is written as an insertion fee. Tick the box “Per Format” in the agreement, in the Insertion fee tab. The amount of formats is written in the order’s general information tab.
2. Per week: Price per format is written as an insertion fee. Tick the box “Per Week” in the agreement, in the Insertion fee tab. Every started 7 day period generates a fee. Add a new choice: Insertion fee/week in the agreement, tab Insertion fee and the parameter “Insertion fee per media in combination”.
3. Pre invoicing fee: Write the fee in the agreement, tab Insertion fee.
