Calendar dates in Table registration
New field: Insertion dates (on Plans/order/insertion, tab: General)
The new field only shows if there are registered "calendar dates" (registered via the calendar in the table registration)
Clicking on the menu button opens a calendar view in which the additional insertion dates from the table registration calendar is shown and editable
