Months with zero results now displayable in media reports

There is now a setting that displays also months with no results (zero rows) in Media reports. This option was earlier only in project reports. In order for this to function, the subtotals definitions have to include Client/Accounting period, as in the below example. An interval is also mandatory in the Accounting date field.
Below an example of a report for the period 2012-01-01 – 2012-04-30:
This change is also available on reports that fetch data from both project- and media systems, so called MED & PRO reports.
