New block for Tx vouchers
A new block has been added for Tx vouchers.
A Tx voucher that has been booked via the function Book with new posting are now blocked from reversal if they are booked with a new posting against a Project or against an account with an integration.
If such a reversal is attempted, an error message is displayed.
