New calculation basis for fees (on the total invoice sum exclusive of VAT)

You can now select a new calculation basis for capital cost 4 on the agreemets in Backoffice: Base registers/Med/Agreements, tab Capital cost.
The calculation basis is Total excl of VAT and is always calculated on the total sum after insertion fees, other fees and capital costs 1-3 In the view in Backoffice: Base registers/Med/Agreements, tab Capital cost, capital cost is a part of a discount (prip) last, but these are calculated before capital costs 1, 2, 3 and 4.
