Possibility to release dimensions from global chart of accounts

There is now a parameter for releasing the dimensions from the global chart of accounts, see Base registers/GL/Parameters, tab Other. If this is selected, the following items will not be global:
1. Dimension marks in the accounts register (cc, obj and other possible dimensions). 2. Cost centre register. 3. Cost object register.
NB! If this function is selected when there already are booked vouchers in the accounting year, it is necessary to contact Kalin Setterberg for copying chart of account from the global company to the local one.
