Possibility to state a media as default in a media combination

In a media record, i is now possible to state that the media by default is a media combination. With the setting, the media will be selected primarily if there are several combination media including the same media (media activated with the same code in the media database).
Example: Media 1000 and 2000 are both activated to media AAAA in the database. Media 1000 has the setting Default in combination. If there are two combination media, both including the media 1000 and 2000, media 1000 will always be the included media in combinations.
