Preliminary insertions on definitive orders - Revised

New parameter in Base register / MED / Parameters, tab: Plans & Orders, parameter: Allow preliminary insertions on definitive orders.
Functionality
If "Allow preliminary insertions on definitive orders" is set the system will allow for creation of insertions with insertion status "Preliminary" on orders that has order status "Definitive".
Clicking on "MAKE DEFINITIVE" will open a dialouge with field "Until insertion date". Only insertion before the choosen insertion date will be made definitive, the later is left as preliminary.
Column Insertion status list all insertions statuses that occurs on the order.
New insertions on a definitive order is created with insertion status Preliminary. The insertion status can then be changed from preliminary to definitive. In ordinary registration view this is changed on price row level:
Or in one of the batch change functions on order, insertion and price-row level.
In table registration this can be done with the function button "MAKE DEFINITIVE (INSERTIONS)"
Preliminary insertions can also be made booked with use of the "MAKE DEFINITIVE" function again, and then choose a later date that includes the preliminary insertion/s.
