Reference numbers were previously shown on two levels; on the media plan and on the order. Now there is one additional level; on the insertion.
There is a parameter in Base registers/MED/Parameters, tab Plans & Orders: Reference number per insertion, that activates the function.
The reference number is placed in the tab General information on the insertion
You can batch change reference numbers on insertions, there is also a column in the list showing the content.
The column Reference number in the order list shows the reference number from the order or the media plan, provided that the parameter Same reference number in whole plan is activated.
If reference number per insertion has been activated, it will be marked with an * .
if same reference number on whole plan has been activated, reference numbers per insertion can not be set.
Printout templates for invoicing, media plan and order printout has to be adjusted to include reference number from insertion.
