Register for Reference number on the Media plan
The register is located under System/Base registers/MED/Reference number.
The Reference number can be saved per Collective client or Client.
The Product and Comment is only for internal notification.
The maximum length for the Reference number text field is 200 characters.
Authorisation for the Reference number register is located under System/Authorisation/Media/Base registers/Reference number.
The Reference number fields (Tabs General, Orders and Allocation) can either be filled in manually or the user can select one of the entries from the Reference number register. If a code from the register is entered, the name will show and not the code.
